Our offers of products are valid within the limit of stocks available.
In case unavailability, we commit ourselves in the 30 days as from the validation of the order either delivering the product ordered to you or to offer a similar product at a similar price or with you to refund it. In the event of out-of-stock condition on one of the products of your order we dispatch the remainder of your order.

Article 5: Delivery

The products bought on the site Cartel Europe are deliverable in Metropolitan France, DOM and TOM, Corsica, Monaco and everywhere in Europe. Cartel Europe could not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of delivery on behalf of the company of Transport.

Delivery periods:
