Shipments and returns


Delivery:

The products bought on the site Cartel Europe are deliverable in Metropolitan France, DOM and TOM, Corsica, Monaco and everywhere in Europe. Cartel Europe could not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of delivery on behalf of the company of Transport.


Delivery periods:

The delivery can vary from 3 to 15 working days for the Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco, subject to availability of the products. The delivery can vary from 7 to 15 working days for Dom Tom as well as the Member States of the European union and to other country , subject to available item in stock.


Modes of delivery:

The ordered product is delivered by the post office (colissimo recommended with required signature) or by an independent conveyor, to the address being reproduced on the purchase order.


With the delivery:

You must check the conformity of the goods delivered to the moment of the delivery. You must indicate any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged parcel...). This checking is regarded as carried out since the purchaser, or a person authorized by it, signed the delivery order.

You will have to confirm by mail recommended these reserves to the conveyor at the latest in the three working days according to the reception of the articles and to transmit a copy of this mail to Customer service Cartel Europe 6420 Biarritz  France.

If the products must be returned to us, they must be it in the seven days following the delivery. Any complaint formulated out of this time could not be accepted. The return of the product could be accepted only for the products in their state of origin (packing of origin...).

Return:

The expenses of return in the case of a retractation will be with your load. The right to of repossess could be accepted only for the complete products, in their state of origin (packing origin) with a copy of the purchase invoice. The turned over, damaged, damaged incomplete articles or dirtied by the customer are not shown, they will be sent back to the load of the customer.
